  • Salted Caramel: Sprinkle sea salt over the caramels before rolling for a sweet-salty hit.
  • Cream Cheese Apple Rolls: Add a spoonful of softened cream cheese before the apple mix for a creamy surprise.
  • Glazed Finish: Drizzle with powdered sugar icing instead of cinnamon sugar.

Can I make these ahead of time?
Yes! Assemble them in advance and store them in the fridge, uncooked. Brush with butter and sprinkle cinnamon sugar just before baking.

Can I use fresh apples instead of Crunch Pak® Apple Slices?
Absolutely — peel and dice about 2–3 apples. But Crunch Pak® saves a lot of time and makes this recipe a breeze.

Do I need to cook the filling first?
Nope! The apple mixture softens perfectly during baking or air frying.

Can I deep fry these instead?
Totally. Heat oil to 350°F and fry for about 2 minutes per side until golden. Just be careful — the caramel gets hot fast!

In a saucepan, toss apples with 2 tbsp cinnamon and ¾ cup sweetener. Stir until apples are fully coated, allow the apples to soften over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, sauce will begin to bubble. Remove and allow to cool slightly.

  • Add one caramel half on each end of the apple pile (2 halves per roll).
  • Dip your finger or pastry brush in water and run it along the edges of the wrapper.
  • Fold in the sides, then roll it up tightly like a burrito. Seal with a little more water.

Storage & Reheating:

To Store:
Let egg rolls cool completely. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3–4 days.

To Reheat:

  • Air Fryer: 350°F for 2–3 minutes
  • Oven: 375°F for 5–7 minutes
  • Avoid microwaving — it makes the wrapper soggy.

To Freeze:
Wrap individually in parchment and place in a freezer bag. Freeze for up to 2 months. Bake from frozen at 375°F for 15–18 minutes.
