Ingredients Needed To Make Christmas Fruit Salad

  • Red & Green Pears
  • Red and/or Granny Smith Apples
  • Raspberries
  • Kiwis
  • Pomegranate Arils
  • Cranberries

How To Make Christmas Fruit Salad

Start by washing and drying all the fruits that you are using.

Next, prepare the fruit by peeling and chopping the kiwi, pears and apples into bite-sized pieces.

Place all the fruit into a large bowl.

Then combine the honey, water and lime juice in a small bowl or mason jar. Whisk until the honey has fully incorporated. Drizzle the honey lime dressing over the top of the fruit and toss together.

Storing Leftovers

Store any leftovers in an airtight container with a lid in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. You can also store in the freezer for up to a month. You’ll want to thaw in the refrigerator overnight.

  • 1 green pear diced
  • 1 red pear
  • 1 red apple diced
  • 1 c green seedless grapes
  • 1 c red seedless grapes
  • 2 kiwi peeled and diced
  • 8 oz. raspberries
  • 1 c pomegranate arils

Honey Lime Dressing

  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 1/2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp water

Instructions 

  • Start by washing and drying all the fruits that you are using.
  • Next, prepare the fruit by peeling and chopping the kiwi into bite-sized pieces,. Also cut the pears and apples into bite-sized pieces.
  • Place all the fruit into a large bowl.
  • Then combine the honey, water and lime juice in a small bowl. Whisk until the honey has fully incorporated. Drizzle the honey lime dressing over the top of the fruit and toss together.
