Ingredients
1cupheavy whipping cream
1/4cupgranulated sugar
1/2cupplain Greek yogurt
1 1/2cups AUTUMNCRISP® grapeshalved
11ozcanned mandarin orangesdrained
8ozcanned pineapple tidbitsdrained
1cupmaraschino cherriesdrained
1 1/2cup mini marshmallows
1cup shredded sweetened coconut
Instructions
Beat the whipping cream in a stand mixer or with electric beaters in a large mixing bowl for 1-2 minutes.
Continue beating the whipping cream until stiff peaks form, and slowly pour in the granulated sugar as it beats.
Use a spatula to fold in the yogurt.
Cut each AUTUMNCRISP® grape in half with a knife and fold them into the whipped cream and yogurt mixture with a spatula.
Drain the canned oranges, pineapples, and cherries and add them to a large serving bowl. Add the mini marshmallows and shredded coconut to the serving bowl as well.
Fold the whipped cream mixture into the serving bowl with a spatula.
Chill for at least 30 minutes in the fridge, and then serve!
Notes
If you don’t have a stand mixer, use a hand mixer to beat your heavy whipping cream for one to two minutes.
